Health section — all 10 indicators now live
Replaced mock data with live sources for all health indicators: A&E performance and ambulance response times (NHS England monthly statistics), NHS elective waiting list (RTT, NHS England monthly XLSX — 176 data points from 2007), drug-related deaths (ONS annual reference table), adult obesity rate (NHS Digital Health Survey for England), NHS vacancy rate (NHS Digital quarterly survey), child poverty rate (DWP Households Below Average Income, after-housing-costs measure), GP appointment waits (NHS Digital monthly summary — weighted average days), and mental health access (NHS Talking Therapies, % seen within 6 weeks). All series update automatically each Monday.

Economy section — 13 of 15 indicators live
Wired up live ONS and Bank of England data for GDP growth, CPI inflation, unemployment, real wages, public debt, government borrowing, employment rate, inactivity rate, CPIH inflation, core inflation, retail sales, claimant count, trade balance, labour productivity, and the BoE base rate. GDP per capita and business investment remain on illustrative data pending a suitable primary series.
